1. McLaren 720s GT3 Evo

The McLaren 720s GT3 Evo isn't confined to endurance racing; its stellar performance extends seamlessly to scenarios demanding immediate speed, being very capable in shorter sprint races too. The overall dynamics and balance of the car are great, explaining why most servers are full of them. I only recently switched from the Ferrari 296 GT3 to the McLaren. In just a couple of hours I'm equaling my personal best times without adjusting any settings.

  • Consistent Tyre Wear: It's easy to push the 720s GT3 Evo at a consistent level. The McLaren's ability to maintain tyre performance ensures steady lap times without a massive drop in grip.
  • Aero Efficiency: The car's aerodynamic prowess, designed for endurance, proves equally advantageous for quick circuits, providing stability and velocity through turns.
  • Top-Tier Acceleration: A remarkable top speed coupled with swift acceleration positions the McLaren 720s GT3 Evo as a force to be reckoned with in short-distance sprints.

The Huracan GT3 Evo2 isn't just a powerhouse for endurance; its performance extends to sprint races, bringing an unmatched level of agility. It may be even better than the McLaren in terms of drivability.

  • Great Aerodynamics: The Evo2 variant's aerodynamics seem to slice through the air, ensuring good straight line speed and excellent responsiveness, crucial for quick laps.
  • Agile Handling: Navigating tight corners becomes an art with the Huracan's agile handling, responding swiftly to every steering input. It's predictable nature helps you gain confidence and push.
  • Best balanced: The natural balance of this car is incredible. It always feels planted, both in high speed and low speed situations.

Honourable Mentions : BMW M4 GT3 & Ferrari 296 GT3

While the BMW M4 GT3 doesn't top the list, it earns an honourable mention for its competence in scenarios demanding immediate acceleration.

  • Exceptional Stability: Designed with stability in mind, the M4 GT3 offers a reliable choice for drivers seeking consistent performance in quick-paced races.
  • Kerb Handling: The M4 GT3's consistent and supple behaviour over kerbs provides drivers with the confidence to push limits without compromising control.

And finally, a shout out to the Ferrari 296 GT3. I've spent a few months with this car, focussing on it as my primary vehicle. There aren't many cars in the game as agile and sharp ended as the Ferrari and for that it just stands out to me too.

  • Incredible precision: You can place this car wherever and whenever you want it. It just operated naturally and allows you to be consistent with plenty of confidence.
  • Basics: The Ferrari is good throughout most tracks by default. You don't need a complex setup to get it working. Even the Aggressive preset offers plenty of performance on most tracks.
